New Tutorial and news

Hello everyone!

I'm bringing some new for all of you.

As this version had several issues and difficulties, I am releasing a 0.02_3 version to fix significant bugs, and to add two new interactions.

The first one is a tutorial, as you can see in these two images, this spoiler.

And the second is a more complex setup screen for computers that are older or have lower settings. This new setup screen will take a while to produce, but I think it will bring in more players :)
